MY WORK EXPERIENCE

During my undergraduate studies, I completed 3 internships that provided me with valuable insights into organizational dynamics, project management, & team collaboration. These experiences not only deepened my understanding of the industry but also allowed me to interact with a diverse group of professionals.

I engaged in research and teaching during my master's program at Santa Clara University. I have assisted Professors with teaching graduate courses like Computer Architecture and Software Ethics. My research at the School of Engineering was dedicated towards Online Social Network Security, AI Ethics, & AI Development.

At present, as part of my Ph.D. program, I am a full-time Research Assistant in the Network Security and Optimization Lab at Santa Clara University.

Graduate Research Assistant

Research Assistant at the Santa Clara University School of Engineering. Under the guidance of Professor Alka Shah-Jarvis, formulated an AI model development lifecycle. This framework provides a detailed outline regarding the development of AI models which prioritizes interpretability, transparency, & ease of use over increased complexity. Further developed an audit framework to ensure that all the critical factors have been considered during model development. The research work was presented to the Dean of the School of Engineering.

Teaching assistant for the course CSEN 210 taught by Professor Ramzi Nofal. I had several responsibilities including:
1. Preparation of homework assignments & solutions.
2. Grading student submissions.
3. Office hours to clarify student queries & offer constructive feedback.
4. Held mock presentations to review & offer suggestions regarding pipeline design.
5. Regular meetings with Professor Nofal to review course progress, plan for upcoming lessons, & prepare course material.
